Send mom some love! What’s you’re favorite campus photo spot?

If you’re new to WMU, you’ve now experienced Bronco Bash, a Broncos home football game, and probably paid more for a text book than you ever thought possible. The first weeks fly by as a never ending to do list continues to form, but while you’re getting your groove on in Kalamazoo, friends and family back home may be wondering what’s happened to you. For those of you who haven’t sent some love back home in a while, here are five photo spots around campus that will look good in your mom’s album. There are tons of places around campus to stop and take a picture. These are some of my favorites. Where are your favorite places to pose around WMU?

1. The bronco statue by the Rec. Center: Don’t wait til graduation to get your pic with the statue.
-
-
2. Bridge Over Goldsworth Pond: This shot was taken overlooking the smaller side of the pond. Just look for where someone buried their pet turtle and you’re close.

-
3. WMU Sign on the Corner of Stadium and Howard: There are many WMU signs, but this one can be taken without random buildings in the background.

-
4. The Bridge to walk across Howard St: Great for a group picture. Pose while someone takes the photo from the street or from the sidewalk of the bridge for car traffic.

5. The Miller Plaza: There are so many nice buildings to frame into your photo. Have fun with the fountain, Sprau Tower, Richmond Center, etc.
